Data Used without an Account
Echo and Team inputs are processed in your browser. Saved local builds and interface settings may stay in your browser's storage on your device. Submitted System Evaluations store the build inputs, the calculated result, the rules version, a timestamp, and a rate-limit identifier designed to avoid directly identifying you.
Receipt Images
Build receipts are generated in your browser. Downloading or sharing a receipt doesn't upload the image to Resonance Lab. If you share one through another app or site, that service's own policy applies.
Data Used with an Account
When you sign in with Discord, authentication is handled through Discord and Supabase. Resonance Lab may receive and store your Discord user ID, your email address if Discord provides it, display profile information, saved builds, owned Resonators and weapons, Team presets, and weapon assignments.
Feedback Form
The “Send feedback” button opens a form hosted by Tally. Along with what you type, any screenshot you upload, and contact details if you choose to leave them, the form receives a few technical details from the link: the page you came from, the build ID (if you were looking at one), the app version, and your screen size. No account data is sent. Feedback is used only to fix problems and improve Resonance Lab. Please don't include passwords or other sensitive information in reports or screenshots.
Authentication and Essential Storage
Signing in requires essential session storage managed by Supabase so the service can recognize your session. Account data is never used for advertising.
Service Providers and External Links

- Tally hosts the feedback form.
- Ko-fi handles optional support payments.
Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. Resonance Lab does not sell personal data.
Retention and Control
You can delete saved builds, owned Resonator records, weapons, and Team presets in the app. Local browser data can be cleared in the app or in your browser settings. To ask for your account data or feedback submissions to be deleted, use the feedback form and leave a way to reach you. Operational records may be kept where reasonably necessary for security, integrity, and abuse prevention.
Security and Changes
Reasonable technical safeguards are in place, including server-side ownership checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
